How mutch water shuld we drink ?

We seek water for every function of the body, since the removal of toxins. But how much water should we drink daily to help our organization to function properly, and how can we know when we are dehydrated?

Why is it important to drink water
More than two thirds of the human body consists of water. We want water for every function of our body. But knowing how much water should drink is another challenge, especially when it's hot or do exercise more than usual. If you drink a little water may suffer from serious health problems.
